Unique in personality. Unique in skill set. Physically unique.

Communicate

  • How does your energy level vary throughout the work day?
  • What type of work spaces do you generally use?
  • When away from work, are you typically sedentary or physically active? What is the nature of your activities? (Walking, Gardening, Yoga, Cycling, Cooking, Martial Arts, Knitting, Hiking etc.)

With this essential background information, Michelle will begin to craft a strategy that effectively addresses your goals for increased health, comfort, efficiency, and life goals.
